Amazing service. We came to travel in Vietnam, we wanted to store our winfsurf-equipment and suitcases. That was no problem. All went great & in the end they organized a shuttle to the airport for us and our luggage with a so friendly driver. Thanks a lot!

I came to travel in Vietnam, I wanted to store my ruck sack & some small stuff instead of trying to take it all with me when I traveled north.  I dropped it off then returned 3 months later, all went great & I was even given a free drive to my hotel.  Nice service.

I had to return to Canada for 6 weeks & knew I would return to Vietnam, I did not want to have to replace everything so I asked Saigon Storage, they were fast, courteous & honest.  I was very happy & will need them again next year.

A very useful service, especially as we were only storing stuff for a few days. Affordable rates, particularly if you drop off and pick up yourself. Just make sure to get the precise location - it’s in an alley off a side street.

Charles helped me immensly. I left a suitcase at a hotel some 100kms from Ho Chi Minh. He organised a courier and met me at the airport. I flew into Ho Chi Minh - collected the suitcase - and flew out - all in a few hours. I had valuables in that suitcase! It was all intact.

Great service if you've just landed in Saigon and have an extra suitcase that you'd prefer to store away while exploring the city. Reasonable pricing and they will even deliver it to your location when you finally settle.

I was very happy to find this service. They came to my hotel on time & collected my baggage. It was stored for 2 weeks, I then messaged to get it delivered & they brought it back within an hour! I travel a lot & this is a great convenience for me, very well priced, friendly & professional. I intend to use Saigon Storage a lot over the coming months. Thank you to all at Saigon Storage.

Highly recommended. Trustworthy, price-worthy (affordable) and reliable. Had 13 big boxes stored for a month and returned all in good form. Responsive and respectful. Charles was even so apologetic for a slight time delivery delay when it was in fact me who requested a last minute change on delivery date and time. Great service!

Absolutely recommend Saigon Storage! My husband and I needed somewhere to store our bags while bicycling for two months through the country, and our experience with them was as smooth as could be. Communication with Charles was prompt and informative, as was scheduling for the bags to be picked up from us (and dropped off and picked up again after a month of cycling so we could swap some things out of the bags). Part way through, we decided to fly out of Hanoi at the end of our trip, and Charles was really great about accommodating our plans and getting our bags to Hanoi exactly when he said he would. Our hotel even had a small mixup with what bags were ours and he immediately got it sorted out. Really had total peace of mind about our belongings in their care and would 100% use their services again.audience's attention...

Had bought souvenirs and a luggage in Hanoi and was going to fly back 1 week later from Ho Chi Minh after touring Laos ; as such it would have been a bit uncomfortable to take a trolley with me. This is when I found Saigon Storage and despite the late hours of the night (I figured out I required such a service just the night before flying out to Laos..) they came up with a solution, arranged pick-up from the hotel reception early in the morning, stored my stuff in Ho Chi Minh city / Saigon and then at the end of my travels met up with me to hand it over.
I was thoroughly impressed by their service and they rescued me from the stress of carrying it around at exactly the last minute, as such fixing my lack of planning :)
I would warmly recommend them to anyone needing such a service.
Also, no issues with communicating in English, something that makes for a perfect experience.

During a recent charity world bicycle ride, and reaching Ho Chi Minh City, I had to return to the UK in a hurry for medical reasons, and so needed a secure place to store my bike and all my gear until my return. Saigon Storage was perfect. All my gear was securely stored for several months until my return and for a truly great rate. We kept in contact while I was away, and everything was ready for me on my return. I highly recommend Saigon Storage, and will use this service again with out hesitation.

We originally stored two large suitcases with Saigon Storage for nearly 3 months and then we later also stored two motorbikes and other gear with them while were showing others around the country. We just picked all our gear up this weekend and everything was exactly as we’d left it. Perfect!
Great price, great service and most importantly, great people. Definitely recommend you talk to these guys if you have storage needs in Saigon.
